Does it cost anything to send?

No. Getting in touch is free and commits you to nothing. You only pay once you have booked a session.

How quickly do you reply?

Within 24 hours of you sending the form. If you are not sure exactly what you need help with, an approximate answer is fine — we work it out together.

What happens to the details?

They are used only to contact you about your enquiry. Nothing is shared further. How we handle your data.

How would you like us to contact you first?

Please don't write diagnoses, personal identity numbers or anything else sensitive here. What the student needs help with is enough; we'll cover the rest in the call.
